I have been building and fixing computers for over 25 years and have been designing websites for over 20 years. I have serviced IT infrastructure in a commercial setting for over 15 years. Technology is in my blood and when I have not been working with technology, I have been reading and learning about technology.

Since starting Delcour Solutions LLC, I have served dozens of law firms and small and medium-sized business working on nearly every aspect of IT management, data preservation, and legal compliance. I am always learning about the businesses I serve and the ever-growing options for solving technology conundrums. I believe in simple, elegant answers that build upon existing workflows, augmenting the function of business without impeding it.

Legal Support

Beyond my technology skills, I am also a federal litigator. I have managed legal and technological aspects of many complex matters. For example, I managed the discovery production and data retrieval for Secretary Hillary Clinton’s federal and congressional investigation into her personal email server and represented her email provider before Congress. I regularly design discovery management solutions, complex visual presentations for court, and cloud-based systems to share documents with clients and other legal team members.

I have the experience in website design and marketing to lead your business in the right direction, and can integrate payment processing, virtual storefronts, and even give clients the ability to simply update their own website. ERP, CRM, & PM Implementation

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and its cross-industry cousins like Practice Managment (PM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software forms the technological backbone for many complex manufacturing, distribution, legal, medical, and service industry businesses.

I take the time to learn how my clients' businesses run and thoroughly interview potential software providers. With my experience in database management, I ensure any data migration from older systems is properly imported into the new system. I also choose the right hardware and software to compliment the new system. Once the transition is complete, I can help with training and support as needed.

Cloud Infrastructure

Utilizing remote storage (DaaS) and applications (SaaS) is a productivity and efficiency game changer for businesses of any size. While the remote servers do the heavy lifting, many of onerous maintenance, upgrades, and networking requirements are handled externally, leaving your business more focused on getting work done.

The bottom line is that for reasonable subscription fees, businesses can leverage the computer power formerly reserved for only the largest corporations. I make it a point to keep up with the quickly changing landscape and can offer businesses a thorough analysis of any Cloud-based solution.

Presentation Design

Creating memorable and communicative presentations, lectures, or sales pitches is an art form in and of itself. Simple PowerPoint presentations are within the grasp of nearly every professional, so it takes something extra to generate that "wow" factor that keeps your presentation fresh in your audience's minds.

I have created presentations for lectures, closing arguments for federal court, and sales pitches. When necessary, I partner with professional photographers, videographers, graphics desigers, and others to create amazing content. From there we can even go a step further and then integrate the presentations into marketing campaigns.

Legacy Virtualization

Virtualization is an attractive solution that can save businesses money, both in terms of upgrade costs and in limiting implementation and training expenses. The idea of virtualization is that we can take an existing computer and convert it into its own portable program that can then be run on any other device.

Virutualization also serves as an emergency fix where an older computer crashes and the business requres access to data or programs. Additionally, virtual machines are extremely flexible, allowing simple backup and easy migration from one computer to another, or even sharing the virtual machine across a network. Moreover, virtual machines can overcome the security risks of older operating systems by running those systems as a program in a secure, modern operating system.

Office Technology

Too often, technology is an afterthought when designing office spaces. The availability of wireless connectivity lulls business owners into a false sense that any office space can handle any new technology with ease. Unfortunately, interference from walls, appliance, and other technology lead to poor network performance despite the latest and greatest in cutting-edge tech.

However, with a little planning, your business can reduce technology costs while increasing efficiency to get the most out of any technological setup. When offices are being designed or renovated, I can coordinate with your contractor to ensure the proper infrastructure is laid, allowing for an optimal number of power sources, network access points, and miscellaneous data ports. Thoughtful planning can go a long way to preparing your business for technological success.

Designed, developed, and maintained website for LYRIC, a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating underserved minors about their constitutional rights in their communities. Implemented payment processing system on website to collect donations and register for fundraising events. Developed and edited educational videos hosted on the website. Recipient of LYRIC's Outstanding Community Partner Award.

Advised the Fund on all matters related to technology. Designed, implimented, and maintained two iterations of the webiste and incorporated CRM features allowing members to update the website on their own. Proposed and approved grants and scholarships to individuals and organizations devoted to education throughout the world.

Managed the internal technology needs for a boutique criminal defense law firm in Denver, Colorado. Performed forensic data analysis and recovery in preparation for trials in state and federal court. Developed an internal document management system and established standard operating procedures to maintain document organization. Created applications and coded as-needed solutions to make discovery and other data searchable. Developed and implemented secure file sharing system.

LYRIC

LYRIC is a national organization dedicated to teaching underserved kids their constitutional rights. I implemented a design from Neal Ashby using Foundation and RapidWeaver to allow for simple updating. I also added a payment processing backend that allows for donations and purchases along with a secure portal for educators to access materials.

Cox Family Holdings

Cox Family Holdings invests in agricultural business. I designed and coded this website from scratch with a focus on professional simplicity. I also implemented a content managment system (CMS) so the client can make edits to the site on their own.

The Jamin Fund

The Jamin Fund is a charitable foundation dedicated to serving international education in memory of my friend, Jamin Wilson. I designed and implemented this webiste with a great deal of collaborative help from Jamin's family and friends. It features a custom CMS that gives board members full access to add anything to the website quickly.
